General Information The Board of Commissioners, Santa Rosa County, Florida, is pleased to submit two applications for TIGER Discretionary Grants. Click on the tabs below for each application. Santa Rosa County is located in the western Florida Panhandle. Alabama lies to the north and the Gulf of Mexico lies to the south. Santa Rosa's population is 144,000 with most of the population concentrated in the central and coastal regions of the County. Most of the population resides in unincorporated areas. Two urbanized areas reach into the County: the Pensacola, FL-Alabama Urbanized Area from the west and the Fort Walton Beach Urbanized Area from the east. |
