Procedures for Obtaining your New Address

• For Recorded Subdivision :
  Call our office and give us the subdivision name, lot and block number and we will give you an address over the phone.  If you have a corner lot, you will need to provide us a site plan.  You may bring this information in person, fax to 983-5367 or mail to: Santa Rosa County Addressing Department,
  5061 Old Bagdad Hwy, Suite 230, Milton, FL 32583.
  
  
• For Not in a Recorded Subdivision:
  Provide the parcel number (tax account number) and the site plan (indicating the front of the building).  Bring this information in person to   receive your address that day. Or you can fax to 983-5367 or mail to the Addressing Office.  Be sure to include your name, address and telephone number.  Your address will be returned within 7 working days.
  
  
• For Commercial Development:
  The Planning and Zoning Department will bring the approved site plan to the Addressing Department to obtain the address(es) for the new development.
