Lease Rate Classification:

Class "A"
Commercial/Business/Individual: Any commercial entity, business or individual leasing any portion or all of the facility for an organization function or for themselves.

Class "B" Nonprofit: Any nonprofit chartered civic, fraternal, or charitable organization or any nonprofit religious organizations leasing the facility for an organizational function. (Must have a Tax Exempt Number)

Class "C" Governmental (Federal, State, County, City)

Lease Rate Charge:

Class "A" Auditorium: The rate shall be $50.00 per hour of use, with a minimum of three (3) hours ($150.00) and a maximum of six (6) hours ($300.00).Class "A" Conference Room: The rate shall be $30.00 per hour of use, with minimum of three (3) hours ($90.00) and a maximum of six (6) hours ($180.00).

Class "B" Auditorium: The rate shall be $40.00 per hour of use, with a minimum of three (3) hours ($120.00) and a maximum of six (6) hours ($240.00).

Class "B" Conference Rooms: The rate shall be $25.00 per hour of use, with a minimum of three (3) hours ($75.00) and a maximum of six (6) hours ($150.00).

Class "C" Auditorium: The rate shall be $90.00 per event.

Class "C" Conference Rooms: The rate shall be $30.00 per event.

Other Facility Uses:

Kitchen: $35.00 per event.
Stage: $20.00 per event.
PA System: $10.00 per event.

Note:

• The hourly rate shall be from the time the front doors are opened, till the last person leaves the building.
  One Day Lease shall be from 8:00 a.m. till 12:00 midnight.
  Pre-event preparation and/or decoration, if not done the same day as the event shall be one-half the regular rate.
  If the kitchen is not leased with the Auditorium, it will remain locked at all times.
  
• For your convenience there is a pay telephone in the lobby. It may be called from an outside number.
