Present: Procurement Officer, Bruce Neu representing Hatch Mott McDonald, Mass Blackwell representing Three Deuces, Inc., Stevan Hite representing Panhandle Grading and Paving, Inc., and Will Lake representing Pier 51 Construction. The meeting took place at 10:00 a.m.

The purpose of the meeting was to open bids for Navarre Park Reconstruction, Navarre Beach Boat Ramp Parking Lot Restoration, and the Sale of Property (8 acres). Bids were received from the following:
