Present:  Procurement Officer; Office Assistant II; Bill Lamkin representing Chadbourne Construction, LLC; Wallace North representing APAC-Southeast, Inc.; Lisa Haber representing APAC-Southeast, Inc.; Preston Murphy representing Panhandle Grading & Paving, Inc.; Craig Helms representing Roads Inc of NWF; and Serena Chapla representing SRC Engineering.  The meeting took place at 10:00 a.m.

 

The purpose of the meeting was to open Bids for Turn Lanes located at Berryhill Road, and Realignment/Turn Lanes located at Pebble Ridge. Bids were received from the following:

  Realignment/Turn Lanes-Pebble Ridge:

  2.  Chadbourne Construction, LLC                             $285,783.51

  3.  Panhandle Grading and Paving, Inc.                       $348,400.00

  4.  APAC-Southeast, Inc.                                           $349,500.00
