Present:  Procurement Officer; Office Assistant II; Craig Helms representing Roads Inc., of NWF; and Larry Parterfield representing J. B. Coxwell Contracting, Inc.  The meeting took place at 10:00 a.m.

 

The purpose of the meeting was to open Bids for the Peter Prince Airport Project. Bids were received from the following:
