Personal

• Married to Sheila Cole for 39 years. Sheila, along with being a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker works at their business, Bob Coles Automotive, 2-3 days a week. She also loves to garden and raises chickens, geese, turkeys and Guineas. Sheila is a graduate of Milton High School and the Pensacola Dental Assistant Program. She is a Board Member of the Santa Rosa Clean Community System.
  
  
• Commissioner Cole and his wife have four children. Jeffery is currently commanding officer of the Army Reserve Signal Unit in Milton, he served in Iraq 2004-2005. He also works for the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) in Panama City. Jeffery is married to Devon & they have 3 children: James, Timothy and Rebecca. Mark is a Captain in the Air Force at Hurlburt Field, he is on the C130 Gunship and has served 3 tours, 1 in Iraq and 2 in Afghanistan. He is due for another deployment later this year. He is married to Savannah and has 3 children: Bailey, Caleb & Allison. Heather works at Bob Coles Automotive, is married to Steven Russell and they have 1 child, Elizabeth. Lauren works at Bob Coles Automotive and attends UWF, she is in her senior year. She is married to Marc Howle, Marc is a 1st Lieutenant in the Army and is currently serving in Afghanistan.
