Other Requested Information:

While not required, providing conceptual site and/or building plans at the meeting will be beneficial for us to provide you with the most accurate information possible. These plans need not be professionally drawn, but should include the following information, if available. Also, it is helpful if conceptual plans are drawn to scale with dimensions.

For a conceptual site plan, the following information is helpful:

  1. Existing site conditions (bringing a recent property survey is helpful)
  2. Proposed building location, access and parking layouts
  3. Information and location of areas for other proposed uses on-site

For a conceptual building plan, the following information is helpful:

  1. Existing building floor plan and exterior elevations
  2. Proposed building floor plan and exterior elevations
  3. Proposed uses of all areas/rooms of the building
  4. Include seating layouts as appropriate
  5. Provide the total amperage of the electrical service
  6. Include information on and the location of bathrooms and plumbing fixtures
  7. Include information on the mechanical system(s), like size of the unit, exhaust, outside air intake, etc.
