Subdivision Information - Planning & Zoning Department

Current Planning includes the review of all proposed developments within the County and Zoning Administration. Santa Rosa County's development review criteria and zoning regulations are found within the Land Development Code. Developments reviewed by the Division include all commercial and industrial developments as well as subdivisions.
