"From the Estuaries" now on sale
After many months of
collecting recipes from friends and family members, the Environmental Education
Coordination Team (EECT) is now selling their personalized cookbook, "From
the Estuaries". This beautiful
easel back, spiral bound cookbook features recipes from local residents in an
easy to read stand-up format.
"From the Estuaries" contains safe seafood handling and
cooking tips as well as several pages of life history information pertaining to
the seafood that is used in many of the dishes. Each recipe features a shopping list and the donor's name, so
everyone can easily locate the favorite recipes from local residents. "From the Estuaries" is being sold
by members of the EECT and in local business establishments. The EECT is proud to offer this fine
cookbook
at a cost of $12.00 per copy
plus shipping and handling.
