1.  How do I register to vote?

You can either obtain a voter registration card from our office at 6495 Caroline Street, on the south end at 5481 Gulf Breeze Pkwy or you can download the form from http://election.dos.state.fl.us/regtovote/regform.shtml.  The form needs to be filled out, signed and either hand delivered or mailed to the Elections office at 6495 Caroline Street, Milton, FL 32570.

 

2.  I know someone who is sick but can’t afford a doctor.  Can the County help?

Indigent medical care is available through the County’s health department.  Call 850-983-5200 for the main office in Milton. 

 

3.  I know someone who is homeless/hungry and needs some help.  Can the County help?

There are some services available through the County’s Health Department.  Call 850-983-5200 for the main office in Milton. 

 

4.  I know someone who died penniless and needs a pauper’s funeral.  Can the County help?

The County’s Health Department can give you assistance with arranging the funeral.  Call 850-983-5200 for the main office in Milton.
