Our mission is to assist and support the County’s Elected Officials, Department Heads and Employees. This mission will be accomplished by, establishing and coordinating effective programs to recruit, develop and maintain qualified employees; providing the needed educational materials and training to comply with any local, state and federal employment laws, and; developing and implementing sound personnel policies and practices
