The Most Frequent Violations Found on an Annual Inspection

Fire Extinguishers not up to date.
Locking of egress doors that requires a key, tool, or special knowledge to open from the inside.
Electric panel blocked and not labeled. Required panel blanks not installed in unused openings of electrical panels.
Address lettering not posted in a visible location and does not meet 6" minimum height requirement of lettering.
Exit doors obstructed, both interior and exterior.
