Architectural Advisory Committee
Minutes of the April 25, 2007 Meeting

The meeting was called to order at 8:40 a.m. with the following members and staff present:

• Dr. Charles D’Asaro, Chairman
• Mr. Michael Johnson, Committee Member
• Mr. David Bailly, Committee Member
• Ms. Jan Davis, Committee Member
• Darliene Stanhope, Planner III, Staff to the Committee

Absent:

• Ms. Lisa Lyle

The minutes of the March 28, 2007, meeting were approved.

The first item on the agenda was Crawford-McBride Development, LLC, 2007-BHAAB-004, requesting construction of a new single family residence on 6912 Overman Street. Mr. Crawford presented this project. The board discussed various aspects of the proposed house and the porch. Mr. David Bailly made the motion for approval as presented. Ms. Jan Davis seconded the motion and it was passed as presented.

The second agenda item was Crawford-McBride Development, LLC, 2007-BHAAB-005, requesting construction of a new single family residence on 6908 Overman Street. Mr. Crawford
presented this project. The board discussed various aspects of the proposed house and the porch. Mr. David Bailly made the motion for approval as presented. Ms. Jan Davis seconded the motion and it was passed as presented.

The meeting was adjourned at approximately 9:20 a.m.
