The beach is divided into three "benefit zones". Click on your location to see a list of assessments in your zone. You may need to scroll down and to the right to see the entire list. The amount (shown in yellow) will be assessed annually for a period of 7 years. The first year assessment (2006) was billed in July 2006. Year two (2007) was assessed on the November 2006 tax collector's bill. Years 3 through 7 may vary based on final construction costs and a yearly re-evaluation of Navarre Beach Property Appraiser's data. The amount listed on the Tax bill reflects an additional 2% tax collector's fee and 4% to offset the early payment discount.
