This boat ramp is used extensively by fishermen year round. It is located off Quintette Hwy C-184 on Escambia River. Reconstructed in 1998.
The County's contractor is expected to mobilize Thursday, Nov. 3rd for the start of construction on the Emergency Watershed Protection project at the Escambia River boat ramp on Quintette Hwy. The boat ramp will need to be closed starting Monday, Nov. 7th, until conditions allow the reopening of the roadway leading to the ramp. The construction schedule calls for the site work to be finished by Jan. 1, 2006.
