Vern St, in Pace behind the Sonic Restaurant, is scheduled to be closed to through traffic between Stephens Rd and Sports Dr on May 6. The closure will begin at 8 a.m. and the road will be reopened by 4 p.m. This closure is for work on the sanitary sewer system. Resident traffic will be accommodated.
The Forestry Department is closing Overstreet Road, effective immediately March 20, 2008, due to the Juniper Creek Bridge being out. The repair of the bridge is expected to take 3 to 4 weeks, weather permitting. Overstreet Road can be accessed from Munson Highway on the west side of Juniper Creek or Munson Highway and Belandville Road on the east side of Juniper Creek. Current Bridge Closures
Penton Road is scheduled to close at the Penton Road Bridge from March 17 through April 4 to facilitate bridge repairs. The bridge is located north of Siripon Road, and south of C.R. 178. The detour will be Pineview Church Road to Hollandtown Road to C.R. 178, or S.R. 87 to C.R. 178.
