LPB Meeting Dates & Deadlines The Local Planning Board approved by vote to limit the number of cases that are placed on the agenda and presented to the Board each month to approximately Ten (10) cases. Applications submitted to the Planning and Zoning Department by the deadline submittal date will be scheduled on a “first come first serve basis”. Upon reaching fulfillment of the agenda, applications will proceed to the next available Local Planning Board Meeting.
Below meetings will be held at the Santa Rosa County Administrative Complex Center in the Commissioner’s Board Room at 6495 Caroline Street, Milton, Florida. Santa Rosa County adheres to the Americans with Disabilities Act and will make reasonable modifications for access to these meetings upon request. Please call Santa Rosa County Planning, Zoning and Development Division at (850) 981-7075 to make a request. For hearing-impaired call 1-800-955-8770 (voice). Requests must be received at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting in order to provide the requested service. NOTE: Requests for Rezoning/Small Scale Amendments need to make notice of this memorandum. Twice yearly Rezoning/Large-Scale Amendment requests will be considered as follows: March 7, 2008 deadline for May Local Planning Board Hearing
