Public Notification: We have created an e-mail distribution list for the Navarre Town Center Plan with the intent to regularly distribute important information, both to the working group members, and to other interested residents. This e-mail will serve as our test. We wanted to send out a quick update to make sure we have the addresses entered correctly before we need to send out time-sensitive information. Please let us know of your friends and neighbors who want to be added to the list.
Web Site: The website for the Navarre Town Center Plan
is now on-line at the Planning Department webpage. Just go to http://www.santarosa.fl.gov/zoning/index.html,
and click on the “Navarre Town Center Plan” link under “Special Projects.” We have posted maps that show existing land
use, future land use, zoning,
Navarre
assets, wetlands and
soils. Next
week we will be adding additional information about the project, including
meeting dates for the working groups.
Working Group Meetings: We are now scheduling the first working group meetings for the last two weeks in April. These meetings will be in the early evening. We should have those nailed down by early next week and will include that information in our next update.
