Working Group Meetings: The schedule for the first set of working group meetings is as follows:

Agendas will be sent to all members and posted on the
project’s website. We hope to keep a regular schedule of these meetings. The
library at the Middle School is available through the end of June for each
Tuesday evening. We anticipate each working group meeting every other week
during this time period. Although the meeting schedule will be discussed at the
first set of meetings, please let us know if the proposed times present any
major conflicts.
Public Notification: We have been working to correct any email addresses that resulted in failed mail from the last update. Everyone should now be receiving the updates; if you know of someone who is not being notified, please have them contact us by phone (981-7075) or email at NTCP@co.santa-rosa.fl.us.
Website: The County computer department is working closely with us to post all information as it becomes available. Some additional text has been added, as well as the power point presentation from the Kickoff meeting.
