Hello and thank you to everyone who has put such a great effort into this project so far. We are in the final leg of the working group phase of the project and we are excited about the great recommendations and decisions the working groups have made so far. We have been evaluating where each working group is in its work process and have outlined a completion schedule for each group. We know there may have to be some flexibility, but we hope to stick to the schedule as much as possible and complete the project on time.

 

Below you will find meeting dates and times for the remaining working group meetings. We have had to change these meetings to Wednesday nights due to scheduling conflicts with other Commission related activities. We hope this does not cause major inconvenience for anyone. All meetings will still be held in the library at Holley-Navarre Middle School.

 

We have also scheduled the Steering Group meetings, those will be held on Tuesday evenings beginning July 20. In order to ensure that the dates and times of the Steering Group meetings are amenable for the working group captains, we ask that each co-captain email a reply to this message confirming whether you are available for those times and dates.
