New Permitting software
My Government Online (MGO)

New permits should be submitted online through the portal. Please ensure you have an account with My Government Online. If you have an account, you will need to "apply for contractor registration" to ensure your company is registered. Registration with the prior software did not transfer to MGO.

All revisions, documents, forms, etc. can be uploaded through the portal. Please see the My Government Online Customer Portal Guideline for assistance on how to use the portal.

Please review our FAQ Document to learn more about uploading plans, submitting revised plans, and understanding the permitting process.

All buildings require a permit; however, you may qualify for an exemption.

If the building is used for residential storage and is not located within a flood zone, an exemption may be granted.

An application and site plan are needed so minimum setbacks can be verified. A $60 fee applies.
