Community Transportation and Ride Options Within Santa Rosa County

Santa Rosa Transit

The fixed route public transportation pilot project, primarily located along Highway 90 ceased operation on December 28, 2012.

Para Transit Service

Tri-County Community Council is the local Community Transportation Coordinator in Santa Rosa County which coordinates medical and non-medical transportation services for the Transportation Disadvantaged community. Para transit (door to door) service is available to Santa Rosa County residents that qualify.

Several agencies sponsor client transportation needs and pay all or most of the cost. The Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged provides cost sharing assistance for individuals who are not sponsored and meet eligibility criteria. If you would like to see if you qualify for assistance you will need to complete an application. Please call 850-626-6806 for information about the Transportation Disadvantaged Program.
