Interlibrary Loan
Santa Rosa County Library System has a wide selection of materials, but sometimes the library might not own the exact work you’re looking for. That’s when our Interlibrary Loan Service can help. Requesting a title is easy – just follow these steps:
- Check our catalog to confirm that the book or article is not owned by SRCLS.
- If SRCLS does not own the item, submit a book request form online or via a paper form at your library. *Please note that SRCLS cannot request books published in the last two calendar years (2021 & 2022).
- If you would like to request a copy of a document (articles from newspapers, magazines, obituaries, etc.) owned by another library, submit an article request form online or via a paper form at your library. *Please note: to comply with copyright guidelines, the library can request only five articles, published within the last five years, from a particular journal title PER CALENDAR YEAR.
If you are having trouble finding your item or using the ILL system, give us a call at 850-981-READ (7323) for help.
