Jay Transfer Station accepts Household Garbage for a fee.

We apologize but credit and debit cards are not accepted at this time.

We only accept cash or checks for payment. Checks are accepted for amount due only.

For all transactions, there is a minimum charge of $10 as of Jan. 1, 2021.

Jay Transfer Station Only Accepts the Following Materials

• Household Trash
• Household Hazardous Waste
• Metal
• Tires

The Following Materials are NOT Accepted at Jay Transfer Station

• Construction & Demolition Debris is not accepted
• Yard Waste is not accepted
• Furniture / Mattresses are not accepted
• Treated Wood / Fencing is not accepted

The items not accepted at Jay Transfer Station, should be disposed of at the Central Landfill in Milton, located at 6377 Da Lisa Rd.

Household Hazardous Waste (free) * limited quantities

Please limit disposal of all Household Hazardous Waste at the Jay Transfer Station to a maximum of five-gallons. This limit includes used / waste oil. Please call 850-981-7135 to discuss disposal options of household hazardous waste above the 5-gallon limit.

Tires

You can bring up to 10 tires for a fee:

• $5 each (cars, truck and smaller)
• $15 each (large truck and racing tires)
