[ARCHIVED] Precautionary boil water notice for customers of Bagdad - Garcon Point Water System

INFORMATION PROVIDED BY BAGDAD - GARCON POINT WATER SYSTEM, INC. QUESTIONS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE WATER UTILITY AT 850-623-8508.

Sept. 7, 2023 - CUSTOMERS OF THE BAGDAD GARCON POINT WATER SYSTEM FOR THE FOLLOWING AREA: 2125 Pearson Rd. to 1357 Pearson Rd. to include: Michael Dr., Amy Ln., Elaine Ave., Collinsworth Rd., Bay Edge Ln., Pandora Dr., Grassy Rd., Windover St., Harper St., Lodgepole Dr., and Tanbark Dr.

A water main break has occurred and a loss of pressure has been experienced. Therefore, as a precaution, Bagdad Garçon Point Water System advises that all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or washing dishes, be boiled. A rolling boil of one minute is sufficient. As an alternative bottled water may be used.

This precautionary boil water notice will remain in effect until the problem has been corrected and a bacteriological logical survey shows that the water is safe to drink.

If you have any questions, you may contact Bagdad Garçon Point Water System at 850-623-8508.
