The UF/IFAS Santa Rosa County Extension Office will present Water Your Body on Fri., Aug. 10 at 10 a.m. with Ginny Hinton, family and consumer sciences agent. As the largest single component of the human body, water is essential for life. Learn the latest research and advice on staying hydrated.
