[ARCHIVED] Santa Rosa County Animal Services hosting Christmas celebration on Dec. 19

Join animal services for a festive day of events on Sat., Dec. 19 as they celebrate the howlidays! All adoption fees will be waived as the shelter’s Christmas gift to you.

Pet Photos with Santa

The shelter is offering pet photos with Santa Claus from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m! Sessions are 15 minutes with a limit of two dogs per session. Photos are free, but donations are appreciated! Pet owners are guaranteed one edited, digital photo of their dog with Santa. Time slots are first come, first served. Sign-up to receive your time slot today!

Pack Walk & Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest 

Wear your tackiest Christmas sweater and take a shelter dog on a walk at the shelter's pack walk from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. The walker with the tackiest sweater will receive a gift basket for participation! There is a 15-party limit with up to three people per party, so RSVP today! Children are welcome to attend but must be accompanied by an adult. 

Masks are required for both events and will be provided if needed.
