Effective immediately, Santa Rosa County Development Services walk-in customers will now be limited to no more than five permit applications per company, per day. Applicants need to ensure they have completed their permit applications in MyGovernmentOnline (MGO) prior to visiting the office.
Contractor accounts previously registered in Santa Rosa County's GoPermits system can not be transferred to MGO. All contractors must register in the new program to expedite obtaining permits.
Those that already have an existing MGO account with another jurisdiction should utilize the same account and register with Santa Rosa County. Contractors will no longer be able to obtain permits prior to completing this registration process.
