Need funding to promote a local event or complete a local project? The Santa Rosa County Tourist Development Office (TDO) local event marketing grant and sponsorships program, as well as the Tax Capital Project Funding program application cycles, are now open.
The goal of the TDO's local event marketing grant program and sponsorships is to increase out-of-market awareness of the county's tourism brand "Navarre Beach, Florida's Most Relaxing Place" as a tourist destination and to drive lodging room occupancy by funding the marketing and promotional efforts of the county's tourism events.
The TDO's Tax Capital Project Funding program provides grants for new construction, expansions and renovations that enhance and increase tourism visitation in Santa Rosa County. This program is open to Santa Rosa County, municipalities with the county, 501(c)(3)s and organizations with direct impact on tourism.
The grant, sponsorship, and Tax Capital Project Funding applications and instructions are available online. Applications must be received by Fri., Mar. 1 and can be mailed or hand-delivered to:
