New traffic signal coming to East and South Spencer Field Road at Carlyn Drive

A new traffic signal is being installed at East Spencer and South Spencer Field Road at Carlyn Drive. The signal will begin flashing all red today, Tues., Jan. 26, as a four-way stop for one week. The new traffic signal will become active on Feb. 2 and the existing stop signs will be removed.
