Hometown Fourth of July celebration and children's parade on Navarre Beach
July 4, 6-9 p.m.

Festivities will begin with a Picnic in the Park from the Navarre Chamber member food trucks, 8220 Gulf Blvd. in Navarre Beach. Babies, toddlers, and children up to age twelve are invited to be part of the children's parade. Registration for the parade is $5 per family at 5 p.m. Children may dress up and use bicycles, wagons, strollers, small battery motorized play vehicles, or walk.

Navarre Beach Fourth of July Fireworks

Join Navarre Beach for the Fourth of July celebration at the east end of the Navarre Beach Marin Park. For more information, call 850-981-8900.

July Fourth Riverfest
July 4, 10 a.m.- 9 p.m.

The Santa Rosa County Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Riverfest celebration along the Milton Riverwalk. Fireworks will be launched from the south of the train trestle at 5162 Willing Street in Milton. During the day there will be a car show, motorcycle show, vendors, food, the Great Mill Town Duck Race, and live music. For more information, call 850-623-2339.

Sand Dollar Saturday and Local Marketplace
July 6, 9 a.m.

Join the merchants of Sand Dollar Plaza on the first Saturday of each month, for a community and customer appreciation event. The Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce will begin their annual free summer concert series at the Sand Crab Pavilion in the Navarre Beach Pier parking lot, just east of the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, 8220 Gulf Blvd. in Navarre. Florida's Flora - Nature Tour of Arcadia Mill

Guests of all ages will learn how native plants were historically used. The tour lasts approximately 45 minutes along the boardwalk and nature trails. Students will also participate in arts and crafts, a shark tooth treasure hunt and gain early entry into the center. Reefs and Robotics at the Navarre Beach Marine Science Station
July 8-12, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Introduce students to mechanical design, construction, problem solving, and teamwork skills at the Reefs and Robotics camp. Kids from sixth to eighth grade will build an autonomous underwater vehicle to explore the underwater world. Trash Bash with the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center
